About:Chinese Embassy in Germany

I have a Chinese F Visa and will go to Seoul tomorrow, there applying Z-Visa. Do I need to go to Consulate oder Embassy (I think Consulate?). Is there an "express service"?

You will apply for a China Z visa in Seoul? You can gp to the embassy in person or entrust a travel agency to apply for the visa for you. There is express service.
