About:Quanzhou Weather

Hello,
I have a Dutch passport. I will arrive at Beijing airport around 2 pm. My connecting flight to Amsterdam will be the next day at 11 pm.
Is it possible to leave the airport to get a hotel without a visa ?

I heard that if your stay within 12 hours, you won't need the visa. However, I am not sure if you should stay within the airport. If you just to want to find a hotel for rest, you can find a hotel not far from the airport. I guess in this circumstance, you won't need the visa.
