About:Chinese Embassy in U.S.A.

How come Chinas Embassy has moved Visa section from 50-D, Shantipath, Chanakyapuri, New Delhi, 110021, India, without any info. on web at all.

Really, the address of the visa office on the embassy's official website if still the same as that on the page above.
