About:Qingming Bridge

i am a malaysian and my passport is expiring in apr 2010. i work in shanghai and is going to usa in feb 2010. i have a usa visa but will i have any problem getting into usa in feb and only renew my passport in mar or apr 2010? can i renew my passport in shanghai? thanks!!
