About:Tianjin Transportation

I am arriving at Tianjin on Monday 5th October at 7am and want to catch a fast train to Beijing. Will I be able to purchase the train tickets once i reach the train station.
I noticed in a post two days ago that it was suggested to Mr.jcwong to take the bus????

Yes, it is very difficult to purchase a train ticket on the spot since the tickets may be sold out sevral days in advance. It is suggested that you consider taking a bus to Beijing firstly.

If you are not in China, you could only purchase the train ticket with the help of an agency. High service charge should be paid.

The bullet trains are rarely full but you often have to wait all of 20minutes for the next one. Tickets may be purchsed easily from the machines and the process is quick. I travel regularly this way and have not had a problem in over 2 years
