Hi,Does it snow in Harbin during December?  What should be the right clothing?  Is weather too cold for 8 yr old children?  Many thanks.

Usually, there will be snow during Dec. The weather will be cold even for adult. So, please prepare down jacket, warm trousers and shoes for you all. Anyway, the beautiful snow scenery is really worthy~
