About:Chinese Embassy in Singapore

hi,am an african studying in singaporewith a student pass and my brother intends to visit me in october.we intend visiting china together for a weekend when he arrives singapore.is it possible for him to apply for a chinese visa in singapore?thanks for ur consideration

I advise your brother apply for the china visa in Africa, which will be easier.
