What is the nearest ski resort to Harbin? How are the facilities there?

Is it a good time to visit Harbin in December 2009 if we want to ski?

Yabuli. This ia a very famous ski resort with well facility there. Yes, no problem to go to Harbin in DEcember. Suggest you get there a bit late to see the Ice and Snow sculptures which are really zmazing.
