I want to plan a trip to Jiuzhaigou next February, how do you think of it?

The best time to visit Jiuzhaigou is between Apr and Oct, because it is the most pleasant and beautiful during this period. It is not open to visitors in Winter due to the cold weather. I am not sure if it will be open in Feb.
