About:Embassy & Consulates of Philippines in China

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am at present here in DPR Korea. I need to get a new passport because my current passport is already filled up (no blank page available). Can I possibly authorize our Liaison Office to do the processing in my behalf? What are the requirements and how long will it takes to get a new passport?

Thanks,

Erwin
