About:Chinese Embassy in Netherlands

Hello,

I am a Turkish citizen and now i am a visiting scholar at Erasmus University Rotterdam. And I have a visa for 90 days.

I would like to learn if i can apply for china-visa in the Netherlands as a Turkish citizen.

From the info. above I get to know that foreign citizens in Netherlands can apply for Chinese Visa in Chinese Embassy in the Kingdom of Belgium, the Grand-Duchy of Luxembourg, and Chinese Consulate-General in Frankfurt.
However, the policy may has changed, you can confirm this with the China embassy in Netherlands.
