About:Chinese Embassy in Belgium

Hi
I came to netherlands 2 months ago by a touristic visa. I have 90 days visa from the dutch consulate in Istanbul. But from the dutch page I have learned that foreign citizens had to apply to belgium consulate. I am turkish and would like to learn that even I dont have any residance can I apply for the touristic visa to china?

Yes, you can, but I got from the comments here that it is difficult to apply for a China visa in A third country.
