About:China Train

I have not found any Z train from/to Beijing and Shanghai in timetables on this web site. Would you help me?
And what is the chance to buy tickets in the same day we arrive (morning/evening)?

There is no Z train between Beijing and Shanghai now. You can choose D train instead and it is even faster. While, you will take a risk of not being able to get the tickets if you buy them on the same day when you arrive. Try to get them earlier.

Yes Z trains have been replaced by D trains, which are much more convenient and fast.
