Hi im astudent in shenyang. i have misplaced my passport. please let me know the procedure to get a temperary passport. i will be leaving to srilanka in december so i can make a new one then. how much would be the cost for it??

Please report to the loss of passport to the local police station as soon as possible and get a loss report, then go to the Embassy of Sri Lanka to apply for a new passport.
