We planned a trip to China this October and thought to be there between 11-31 october to avoid the golden week period.(someone told us that everything will come back to normal by 8th of october) But I've just read the answer to the previous post saying to come after 15th october. We can still change our plans and come a few days later (on 15th) Will it be better if we come at/after 15th?
