About:Chinese Embassy in UAE

Hi
I am an iranian citizen Living in IRAN now whishing to visit China Sourcing Fair which is held in hong kong
Chineese Embassy in Iran does not issue visa for hong kong
Can I apply for it from Dubai? How long does it take?
Can I visit Guangzhou with a Hong Kong visa, or I need seperate visas?

You can't apply for Hong Kong visa from Dubai, you can directly send your application to the immigration depertment of Hong Kong. Please log on to the website of Immigration Department of Hong Kong Special Administration Region (SAR) or consult the consular officers about detailed information:

you need seperate visa to Guangzhou.
