About:Chinese Consulate in Melbourne

hi Im maudy tarik with indonesian passport and has been holiday long term here in melbourne. Can I apply tourist visa through australian consulate in melbourne? thanks

I'm afriad that it is hard to get a China visa in a third country because of the 60th anniversary of China People's Republic of China.
