About:Chinese Embassy in Sri Lanka

Dear sir or madam..
Im G.Jayamayuran a student of srilanka. i applied a chinese university for MBBS program and wait for JW202 form,
*want i take medical test report for my visa processing? yes then, do you have any recommended medical centre?
*can i take the medical report with out JW202 form?
*Is the Srilanka police clearance Necessary for my visa?

The medical test is necessary if you will stay in China for over 6 months. You have to get the authorized hospitals from the China embassy in Sri Lanka directly.
Both the medical test and the JW202 form are necessary.
The Police clearance will also be required.
