Hi, I'm planning to get admission in Xi'an Jiatong University and I'm very much concerned about the weather out there. I don't like hot summers. So what do you suggest me?

It is very hot in Summer in Xi'an and the highest temperature may reach as high as 39 centigrade. The number of the hot days, the highest temperature of which is above 35, are about 14 each summer.

Really so am i are you with the november batch as well?

I have been there before and it is pretty cold. I mean I packed heaps of warm close just in case it was freezing and lucky I did it was soo cold. I would have second thoughts though but enjoy your trip and dont forget to pack heaps of warm clothes.
