Is there a digital mall in Haikou?  Is shopping in Haikou cheaper than Sanya?  Which town is shopping paradise?

To buy things, I think Haikou is better. There are several digital marts around Haikou People's Park, in Nanbao Road, Haixiu East Road and Wuzhishan Road.
