I suppose your train will arrive at Harbin Railway Station, not East Railway Station. So, if you take train 4032 arriving at 20:02, you have to hire a cab to the airport (at least 110RMB).If you take train K7034 or K7036, you could hire a taxi to drive you to the Aviation Building at Zhongshan Road fistly. The taxi fare is about 10RMB~15RMB. Then, you could take the airport shuttle bus to Harbin Airport with a fare of CNY20.
