Can I visit Xining in October, how about Birds Island, Qinghai Lake?

The best season to visit the Silk Road is from May to August. Birds flew to the South and the Rape Flowers were emarcid in Oct. and you can not see any birds in the Bird Island and also can not appreciate the beauty of Rape Flowers.
