hi i am filipina from philippines , me and my boyfriend want to go for a tour in sri lanka, colombo this october 2009, my passport is philippine passport, do i need a visa to go there cos somebody told me i dont need., somebody told me i need, and my agent told me the visa is upon arrival so i am confuse...
can you help me about this, and if i need visa, i am here in shanghai , how cna i apply for sri lankan visa... than you ,, i hope i can have a reply from you there..
