I am Li Tling, from Shanghai, China. I have a big problem about my Visa. I would like to apply for extending my visa in Cebu, Philippine, but the response is that my name is in the blackname list.Actually I don't know for what happened from my passport.     I arrived Manila on 5 Sept. 2009 and the days of staying here from Visa is 14 days. (19 Sept. 2009 is the expired date, this Saturday)I come here in Cebu for travel and studying english.  Would you please let me know the detailed information about my problem and kindly give me a feedback? I will be appreciated for your prompt reply.I feel so confused about this issue. This is the first time for me to go abroad and use my passport as well.
