I have a big problem about my Visa. I would like to apply for extending my visa in Cebu, Philippine, but the response is that my name is in the blackname list.
Actually I don't know for what happened from my passport.
I arrived Manila on 5 Sept. 2009 and the days of staying here from Visa is 14 days. (19 Sept. 2009 is the expired date, this Saturday)
I come here in Cebu for travel and studying english.

Would you please let me know the detailed information about my problem and kindly give me a feedback? I will be appreciated for your prompt reply.
I feel so confused about this issue. This is the first time for me to go abroad and use my passport as well.
