About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

Hi! Good day! My husband is a Filipino working in China and I will visit him on mid of December 2009 then will return to Phillipines by January 2010 and then will go back again in China by end of year 2010 and will stay there for good, in such case, what type of visa am i going to apply? Could I apply for Z visa(accompanying family member) or L visa(tourist).I'm going to stay in his apartment but tourist visa requires hotel reservation, am i still required of such if ever?
Would appreciate your kind reply. Thanks in advance!

You need to apply for a tourist visa (30 days). And write down in your visa application that you are visiting relative/s under the purpose of travel. And when you are going back in China and stay here for good, just apply for a tourist visa again and prepare this documents: marriage certificate & birth certificate of your child (if any) from NSO, then authenticated by the DFA, and the Chinese Embassy. And you will apply for a residence permit here in China with these documents.
