About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

my friend is going to Shandong China this September and I asked her to bring me some medicine that I couldn't find here. She got me some prescription and non prescription medicine that I need. She has the prescription from my doctor. Does she have to declare it to Customs when she gets here in China? Does she have to pay any duty for those medicine? the amount of medicine she carries is good for one month.
thank you

I only know that you have to declare it at the Chian customs, and you don't have to pay tax for it if amount of the medicine your friend will take for you is wthin the stipulated limitation, but I'm not sure the specific limitation.
