HI, I also have similar problems. I have HK visa and I would like to go there on certain days which i can get a day off from project but unfortunately all ticket sold out. So i'm thinking that whether i can go to Macao first, then go visit HK. But my problem is I dun have Macao visa. Can i apply for arrival visa there for visiting purpose( as tourist) and then go visit HK? I'm Myanmar Citizen working in Singapore as software engineer!!!
