Does a visit to Mt Huashan require a lot of walking and climbing as I'll be traveling with an elderly person who enjoys scenery.

You can take the cable car up to the mountain, thus it is not very demanding on physical strength. After you get off the cable car, you will take the electrical car to the sightseeing place with about 10 minutes’ walk, please make preparation for this.
