About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

Hi! (again LOL)

Me and my husband want to buy a plane ticket for my mother to come here in Beijing (China)On the 27th of Sept. But we can't (yet). Somebody told us that the chinese government will not give any visa for the tourist (or foreigners since yesterday Sept. 15th) because of the holiday this coming Oct. 1st (China's Birthday). She just got her passport today (Sept. 16th).
Were gonna have a baby end of this month and we really really need her to come here in China to help us out taking care of the baby for a couple of weeks atleast. Is that true that their not gonna give any visa for a while? We called the chinese embassy there many times (in Manila), but nobody answer and we emailed them too and they didn't reply. Were really worried. Thanks for the help.

It's possible that the China emabssy has stopped to issue visas to foreigners.
If so, your mother will not able to come to china untill the China embassy start to issue visas again.
