Dear Sir/Madam,
Just few Question, anybody can advice? I am Philippine passport holder with HK permanent ID card, I got married and HongKong and My husband open a sub office in China. We live here now for 1 year and he apply for a permanet visa for for himself, for applying the visa he must go through all the medical examination in China. In my case I am under business visa as I work in the same company, I also would like to apply for permanent visa but my concern is I been diagnose to have a nodule in my lungs I went to my doctor in Hongkong to do the biopsy and its all clear but I am afraid to do the medical examination in China because when we ask to the Lawyer he said that once the examiner will see the spot on my lung they will authomaticaly refuse my application. Is there any way that during the examination we can provide all the medical history i have and prove that I am clear for anything?
I do not trust the lawyer that we consulted as he seems talking a lots of nonesense and charging my husband so high, after a year We found out that we pay him more than tripple just for nomal procedure of visa proccessing in China.
