About:Chinese Embassy in Singapore

Hello,
I'm Stephanie, I'm brazilian.
As I know that you will be closed from 1-8 October I would like to know if:

I apply for a tourist visa on 30th September will it be ready on 9th October?

No, if you apply for the 8-day holidays will be not calculated in the visa processing time. However, if you reuest the express service of 1-working-day processing, the visa will be ready on Sep 09.

Thanks for your repply.
So is it sure that I can do the Chinese tourist Visa in 1 working day (9th October)? So I apply in the morning and it's ready in the afternoon?
