About:Chinese Embasy in Ireland

Hi
I'm Irish, and i want to go to China for a year to visit my sister who is studying there at the moment can i get a visa from the Chinese embassy in Dublin to visit her for a year? thank you.

you can apply for a China visa in Dublin, but you may be not able to stay in Chian for so long time.
The duration of a Chian family visit visa is 30 days usually.

Yes, you can apply for a student visa and stay in China for one year.
