About:Chinese Embassy in U.S.A.

Sir/Madam;

I am an US passport holder and wanted to visit China and the Philippines will be my port of entry. What are the requirements such as documentations to apply for VISA? I appreciate for your time. Thank you.

You need the following documents for applying the China visa in USA:
1.Passport: Your valid passport must have at least six (6) months of remaining validity and at least one blank visa page in it.
2.Application form: One completed Visa Application Form.
3.Photo: one recent photo of 2x2 square inch (black & white or color is acceptable) glued or stapled on the application form.
4. Roung-way air tickets adn hotel reservation.
