Dear sir,

I would like to apply for a Visa for China. I have a Filipino passport. Can you tell me if it is possible to have someone pick up my passport after the Visa application has been processed? I will not be in Manila to be able to pick it up after processing.

Also, is your office open on September 21, 2009 to apply for a China Visa?
