About:Shanghai Travel

Hello! I'll be traveling to China for the first time. I land in Shanghai (Pudong) at almost midnight of the 18th and have time until I leave for Beijing around 11am from Hongqiao airport that same day. Could anyone help me find ways to kill time and get some slight sightseeing during these wee hours, while still keeping safe enough to travel alone?

So, you still have to find a place to stay and get to see some place in the early morning. You can rake maglec train from the ariport to Longyang Road and then change to Subway Line 2 to Lujiazui, then take sightseeing tunnel to the Bund and walk along Nanjing Road. Then take Subway Line 2 at People's Square to Jing'an Temple. See the temple and waiting for airport bus to Hongqiao there. I am afraid you do not have enough time to do all these. The airport bus need at least 30-40 minutes to go to the airport.
