About:Taiwan Weather

I'm going to Taipei on 4-9 Oct. Will it be cool or hot? What's the average temperature there at that time? Are there any shoppings to do?

Average temperature is around 24C. It is warm. For shopping, Living Mall, Taipei 101 Shopping Mall.
