About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

My boss holds a PROC passport issued by your office since he is born and residing here in the Phil. He would like to go on a Hongkong vacation for 5 days, does he need to apply for a visa to enter?

Filipinos are free of visa to Hk for 14 days, but I think your boss have to apply for a new passport.
