About:Baggage Allowance for Chinese Domestic Flights

We are flying to Shanghai directly from the US and then have two intraChina flights. I understand the luggage restrictions are different for the intraChina flights but am not sure I understand exactly. What is the weight limit for checked luggage (free) and is there a baggage size limit? Please help me.
