Hi Mr Terry !ooops...Forget to ask the mode of payment for  taxi ,is it follow taxi meter or buy coupon at the airport  or need to bargain with the taxi driver ?

It is regulated the taxi should meter. It follows te meter genraly. You can ask the driver if he deny, you may change another one, or talk the price with him. You should generally know how much to pay to your destination in advance.
