I intend to go to Beijing and Tianjin on the 23-11-09, how is the weather there and what type of clothing I should bring besides is there any threat for Swine flu during that period? What about begining of October?
I prefer a cool weather rather than a cold weather, so what do you think will be the best time for me to proceed?
