I intend to go to Beijing and Tianjin on the 23-11-09, how is the weather there and what type of clothing I should bring besides is there any threat for Swine flu during that period? What about begining of October?I prefer a cool weather rather than a cold weather, so what do you think will be the best time for me to proceed?Thanks......

At the end of Nov, Beijing will have cold and dry days. You need a warm sweater and overcoat. In Oct, the weather is fine comparetively~ Tianjin is a little warmer than Beijing, but not very better, too.
