What is the better transfer between Kunming and Dali, Lijiang, train or flight during Chinese National Holidays?

Take a flight from Kunming to Dali and take car from Dali to Lijiang is better. During the National holiday, many domestic travelers will travel and the train tickets between Kunming and Dali are always in great demand and hard to get.
