Hello Sir,     I am a Sri Lankan got a Sri Lankan passport, I have got a job in china, but i have to work for 3 years. But I need  to visit Sri Lanka once a year. Can you please tell me what kind of visa i can apply .

You can apply for work visa. Within 30 days after entering China by using the work visa, you must apply for temporary residence permit at the local exit and enter department of Public Security Office. You emploer can help you for your situation.
