I'm currently in China with my husband who has a 3 year contract, I am aqualified ESOL teacher and would like to set up some freelance classes around my son's school hours. What do I need to do to get the appropriate visa for  work?

You can also apply for work visa as the accompanying family members to your husband, you just need provide marriage license, copy of work visa and residence permit of your husband, your passport and one completed visa application form for visa application.
