helloI plan to go from beijing to tianjin by car to catch the 8:00AM car on September 25thA friend of mine advice me to get off very early as there is frequent smog and traffic jam on the road. It took him 3,5h in august, early morning.Is this true? what time shall I leave beijing to catch my flight?thanksrenaud

It takes about 2 hours from Beijing South Railway Station to Tianjin Airport. You will leave very early in the morning, not heavy traffic jam at that time. You should have 4 hours at least to make this. Why not come to Tianjin in advance?!
