Hi...I am studing in Malaysia and I want to vist China on 21 of september .I am from Kazakhstan.What should I do to take the visa or I can do it on arrival in the airport?

You can't get it on arrival in the airport. you should apply fot tourist visa at Chinese embassy in malaysia. please submit your original valid passport, one completed visa application form attached with one recent passport photo, confirmed return air ticket, hotel booking to the visa office.
