About:Chinese Embassy in Bangladesh

I would like to know following info.

01. What is the working hour and days in a week to Visa Application Submission at China Embassy in Dhaka, Bangladesh?
02. Is there any validity of Invitation Letter issued by Chinese Local Govt. Office? If any then how long from the issued date or if any other?

Please see the above office hours on this website, as for the invitation letter issued by Chinese local government, it is only valid for 3 months

The proposed date of Entry is 18 September 2009 in the Invitation Letter, so my question, can I apply for visa by this invitation letter after 18th September 2009, anytime within 3 months? Thanks!

My meaning is that the invitation letter only valid for 3 months from the date of issuance. You should apply for a visa before 18 September 2009 because the proposed date of entry is 18 September.
