Hi I'll be going to Zhuhai via Macau. My flight wil arrive at 2150 local time. Will i have enough time to clear Macau customs and enter Zhuhai by midnight because i just found out that Gongbei border has an operating hour of 7am to midnight.

Yes, the time is enough. If you get out of Macau airport a bit late, you can take taxi to the custom directly. It costs about 70MOP. Airport Bus AP1 may take 30-40 minutes, less than 5MOP.
