I am a french citizen traveling around the world. I left france more than 4 months ago and could therefore not apply for a tourist visa for CHina in my own country.
I am now entering Kyrgyzstan, can apply in Bichkek knowing the above conditions ?
What documents are necessary ?
When is the Embassy open for visa application ?
When will the Embassy will be closed at the occasion of the National Day 1st October ?
