About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

Hello

I am a Filipino Citizen with a Filipino passport. I would like to visit some friends in Guan Zhou and Hong Kong. I can only be in Manila to bring my Passport and application, but I cannot be there to receive the passport. I will submit it on Monday Sept 20 and will leave for Hong Kong on Sunday, Sept 27. Is it possible to have an expedited service where

1) someone can pick up my passport (not ideal because I don't know anyone who might be available to pick it up in Manila OR
2) it can be Sent LBC overnight to Puerto Princesa to arrive on Sept 25?

Thanks for your hasty reply
