About:How to Travel to China without a Visa

I am Indonesian and a holder of government offical passport. I am attending international conference in Ulaanbataar, Mongolia and on my back to Indonesia I may transit in Beijing. What type of visa should I take and can I obtained it on arrival or maybe there is visa exemption for official passport. And how long I may stay in Beijing and on what conditions?

Thank You.
